Reagan Lancaster spent his career in the upper tier of enterprise technology sales — Oracle, EMC, Compellent — building teams and personally closing some of the largest deals in each organization's history. He was Oracle's #1 Salesman before the category existed. He has been awarded EY Entrepreneur of the Year and named S&M Motivator of the Year three times.
He went on to found SourceTap and Intellect Software, navigated 30+ M&A transactions, and has invested in 100+ startups. Every company he has led has been built on a single operating principle: the standard doesn't move.

Reagan Lancaster has competed in NPC bodybuilding for over a decade. He enters two divisions per show — typically Men's Physique and Classic Physique — and has accumulated 10+ national qualifications and 24 top-3 placements across shows including the Kuclo Classic, the Southwest USA, the Ronnie Coleman Classic, and the Europa Dallas.
In 2018, he was named NPC Athlete of the Year at the Europa Dallas. He trains at Destination Dallas, runs prep cycles alongside his full executive workload, and has said the stage is the only scorecard that can't be negotiated.

Lancaster Ranch is Reagan's Texas cutting horse operation. He has competed in the National Cutting Horse Association (NCHA) for over 20 years, building an operation that has generated $500K+ in arena earnings and remains on a trajectory toward the NCHA Hall of Fame.
The ranch is not a hobby. It is run with the same operational discipline he applies to every company he has built — systems, standards, and daily accountability to a single performance outcome.
